PUL was established in 2014 and has a strong foundation as a family-owned business, serving Oregon and SW Washington, we provide services to all residential and commercial.
We offer underground utility locating services on all underground utilities. Examples include but are not limited to. Water, irrigation, gas, steam, sewer, water, petroleum, oil, pet fence, storm lines, electrical, communication, septic, coaxial, camera scoping. etc.
